Yes, these are real flowers — sourced from different parts of the world and a few grown in my own garden. They’re pressed, preserved, and sealed in resin to stop aging. With proper care, they can last a lifetime.
Remember Me - earrings
Description
The forget-me-not is served as a heartfelt gift for loved ones moving far away, conveying a simple yet profound message: “I will miss you.” Its significance transcends time and distance, embodying the enduring connection between souls even when they part ways.—————- because when two souls are deeply connected, and one must leave, that bond does not break; it only grows. It’s like flowers preserved in time, remaining eternal and steadfast. The Forget-Me-Not has long symbolized this enduring link. It acts as a gentle reminder of cherished faces, even if they seem a bit distant, residing in a special corner of our hearts. As the Little Prince poignantly described, it is a “land of tears.” Since the Middle Ages, people have adorned themselves with Forget-Me-Nots for various reasons—some to etch their memory into the hearts of loved ones, others to honor those they’ve lost. Yet, through it all, the common thread remains the mysterious love that binds us, enduring even through separation.———————In German folklore, it is believed that wearers of forget-me-nots would not be forgotten by their loved ones during their absence. Thus, soldiers would often wear forget-me-nots as a token of remembrance when they went off to war. This tradition spread during World War I when the flower became associated with soldiers who never returned home.
