We truly hope you love your Tulip Handmade piece — each one is crafted with care and intention. However, if you don’t like your order or feel unsatisfied for any reason, we offer a brief window for refunds or exchanges.
You may request a refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your parcel (customised orders are excluded).
Please note:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds are issued excluding delivery charges, and an additional 4% will be deducted from the total amount. This 4% is the sales tax automatically charged and withheld by TCS at the time of delivery (a government-applied deduction).

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
