At Tulip, each piece is handmade and individually prepared with care after an order is placed. Because of the nature of handmade work, we kindly ask for your patience during the preparation process.

Processing Time

Please allow 5–8 working days after placing your order for preparation and dispatch.

Each order is made specifically for you, ensuring attention to detail and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Delivery Method

All orders are delivered via TCS courier service.

A flat delivery charge of PKR 250 is applied nationwide across Pakistan.

Customized Orders

If your order includes customization, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm and begin the order.

Our team will guide you through the process and confirm details via Instagram.

Payment via Direct Bank Transfer

If you choose Direct Bank Transfer as your payment method, please contact our Instagram team with a screenshot or proof of payment so your order can be confirmed and processed without delay.

Location & Delivery Delays

Tulip is Punjab-based, and delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or natural circumstances.

While such delays are rare, Tulip cannot be held responsible for courier delays caused by these situations.
